Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. All concrete installations include a warranty against defects in workmanship. The specific warranty period will be outlined in your project agreement.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Concrete naturally develops small hairline cracks over time, which are considered normal and are not covered by warranty.

If you notice any issues with your concrete work, contact us immediately so we can assess and address the problem.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials and scheduling costs.

Changes to the project scope during work may result in additional charges. We will discuss all changes with you before proceeding.

Liability

OptimalEdge Mableton Concrete carries appropriate insurance for all work performed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions on your property or damage caused by factors outside our control.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
